Science Day

It was a cold, windy, rainy day at Yarrambat Primary School. Sadly, our excursion to Yarrambat Park was postponed due to the weather and we participated in Science day at school instead. Have a look at some of the children making slime with cornflour, water and food dye!

Homework

This week Middle School had an exciting maths homework task of doing some cooking with their family and bringing in a sample. This was the maths task as it encouraged the children to think about volume and capacity when measuring ingredients. We had some fantastic cooking including white chocolate and raspberry muffins, apple pie, smoothies, pancakes and choc-chip biscuits were a popular choice. Have a look at some of the samples!
